Privacy Notice

Kreative D-Signs LLC ("Kreative," "we," "us") is a signage and printing company based in Houston, Texas. This notice explains how we handle information on kreativehouston.com and in our internal business tool, Kreative CRM ("the CRM"), including its WhatsApp integration.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, company, phone number, email address, and project address or location.
Project information: service type, descriptions, approximate sizes, budget range, timeline, and any artwork, photos or files you choose to attach.
Messages: when you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, our website forms, phone, text or email, we keep the message content, attachments and the time they were sent.
Business records: estimates, invoices, work orders and payments related to your jobs.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that whoever fills out a form is a real person and not an automated program (this helps prevent spam). This service does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for that verification.

Our project forms

You can send us a project through the quote request form or through our step-by-step Start a Project guide. While you move through the guide, your answers are kept only in your browser's session storage on your own device and are cleared when you close the tab. Your contact details and files are not saved in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press the final send button.

Kreative AI Studio: our prompt builder creates the text in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us and is not stored by us. If you copy the prompt into a third-party AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude), that tool’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We only receive information if you choose to send it to us in an order or quote request.

Language preference: if you choose English or Spanish on our website, we save that single choice in your browser (local storage) so we can show the site in your language the next time. It contains no personal information.

Consent and your requests

Before you send a quote request, we ask you to accept this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use by checking a box. We note that acceptance, with the date, inside the request we receive, so we have a record of it.

If you also check the optional box to receive text or WhatsApp messages, we use your phone number only to contact you about your project. You can withdraw that permission at any time by replying STOP or by telling us.

Files you attach are sent with your request to our team and stored with your job record. Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and produce and install your signage and printed products.
To send you estimates, invoices, proofs and job updates, including through WhatsApp when you contact us there.
To keep accurate business and accounting records and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising.

Our website has a WhatsApp button. It simply opens a chat with our business number (832-754-5055) in your WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web, with a short pre-filled greeting. Nothing is sent to us until you send the message yourself, and the button does not collect any information from you.

Kreative CRM connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When you message our business number, Meta delivers your message to us and our replies to you. Your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the messages, and any files you send are stored in our CRM so our team can respond and keep a record of the job. How WhatsApp and Meta handle your data is described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and Meta's privacy policy.

We only use WhatsApp to reply to you and to send information about your own project, such as estimates, proofs, invoices and job updates. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP or by telling us to stop.

Cookies and Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (which pages they visit, from what device, etc.) so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies — small files your browser stores — for this. We do not send your name, contact details or the content of your answers to analytics.

The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept or decline these cookies through an on-screen notice. If you decline, no tracking is activated. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will bring the notice back.

Who can see and receive your information

Only authorized members of the Kreative team can access the CRM, using a personal login. We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business, and only what is needed for their function, or when required by law:

Resend — to send us your quote request internally by email.
Cloudflare — hosts the site, provides anti-spam form verification (Turnstile) and runs our CRM infrastructure.
Meta (WhatsApp and Messenger) — to deliver messages between you and us.
Google Analytics — only if you accepted cookies, as explained above.
Other providers we use for cloud file storage and payment processing, when your job requires them.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access limited by login. We keep records for as long as needed for the job and for accounting, tax and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and data deletion

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop messaging you, by emailing [email protected] or by calling or texting 832-754-5055. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept to meet legal and tax obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. To use any of them, contact us with the details below.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its updated date.
