Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of kreativehouston.com and to quote requests you send us through our website. By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes and estimates

  • A quote or estimate is not a contract until you approve it in writing and any required deposit is received.
  • Prices depend on the final size, materials, design, site conditions, permits and schedule, and can change if the project changes. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
  • Our website forms only request information. Sending a form does not create an order.

Orders, payment and cancellations

  • Payment terms, deposits and delivery or installation dates are stated in your written quote, proposal or invoice.
  • Custom products are made specifically for you. Once production has started or materials have been ordered, the work may not be cancellable and deposits may not be refundable, as stated in your quote or invoice.

Proofs and approvals

  • Before production we may send you a proof or drawing. You are responsible for checking spelling, phone numbers, addresses, sizes, colors and every other detail. We produce what you approve.
  • Colors on screens, proofs and AI-generated images can differ from printed or fabricated results because of materials, lighting and equipment. Illuminated signs also look different by day and by night.

Your files, artwork and content

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image, font, text, trademark and artwork you send us or ask us to reproduce, including content created with AI tools.
  • We may decline or stop any job that we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, deceptive or inappropriate.
  • You agree to defend and hold Kreative D-Signs LLC harmless from claims, damages and costs that arise from the content you provide or from your use of it.
  • Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information through our forms.
  • Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may photograph completed work and use the images, without personal contact details, in our portfolio and marketing. You can ask us to remove an image at any time.

Permits, landlord approval and site conditions

  • Many signs require city or county permits and approval from the property owner, landlord or association. Unless we agree in writing to handle them, you are responsible for obtaining every required permit and approval and for confirming that the sign location and design are allowed.
  • You are responsible for telling us about hidden or unsafe site conditions, such as electrical, structural or access limitations. Additional work caused by conditions we could not reasonably see may be billed separately.

Warranty

  • Any warranty on our products or installation is the one stated in your written quote or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, weather events, vandalism, power surges, changes or repairs made by others, or normal wear and fading.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY STATED IN WRITING IN YOUR QUOTE OR INVOICE, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREATIVE D-SIGNS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PROJECT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PROJECT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Kreative AI Studio

  • Kreative AI Studio is a free tool that writes text instructions (a prompt) for you to use in a third-party AI service. We do not operate those services and we do not control what they produce.
  • AI-generated results can contain errors, misspellings, invented details or content that resembles existing works. You are responsible for reviewing every design before you use or order it. We do not guarantee that an AI design is accurate, original, free of third-party rights or ready to print.
  • A design is considered print-ready only after our team has checked it and you have approved the proof.
  • Your use of third-party AI services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Text and WhatsApp messages

  • If you check the optional box on our forms, you agree that Kreative D-Signs LLC may contact you by text message or WhatsApp at the number you provided about your project, including quotes, proofs, invoices and job updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Using the website

  • You agree not to misuse the site, including trying to disrupt it, bypass its security or spam protection, submit false or automated requests, or upload harmful files.
  • The text, design, images and logos of this site belong to Kreative D-Signs LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for normal personal browsing and sharing links to the site.
  • Project photos on this site show our work and our customers' brands. Customer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear for portfolio purposes only.
  • The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
  • Information on the site is general and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its updated date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
